Since moving over my bond to SA Home Loans I have financed: 1. My sons studies at university and FET; 2. The purchase of a vehicle and 3. The purchase of a 10% ownership in holiday accommodation in a syndicate by requesting a re-advance on my bond. Not only was the response time unbelievably quick but the interest rate was well below the interest rate I would have paid through any of the other financial institutions.
