I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything that you have done for me during this process which can be very daunting and stressful. You became a friend with all the phone calls and emails. I knew what was going on with my application each step of the way and you updated me regularly.
You gave me guidance and answers when I was unsure. You were the one to calm my nerves when I was stressed that my application might be unsuccessful or something might go wrong. As you know I, my home loan was with a bank and there I felt like a number, just another deal and I received so many calls from different departments that I hated the process. Boy, was I surprised to see that you, Navin and SA Home Loans is totally different and I truly wish that all South Africans would have the guts to call you so that you may surprise them too. Just to let you know, I think this is what customer service must be like. From the first time you called me, you were joking and talked about your own life, as if we have known each other for a long time. I felt at ease to know you are also human and you understood that there is a person on the other side and not just another deal or commission. Everywhere I go people, friends, colleagues and family needs to know about you.
