My mother-in-law went through some financial difficulties and couldn't afford her bond and since the house she had was bigger we decided to sell our house and buy the 2/3 share from her and her husband (my husband owning the other 1/3). We went to all the banks trying to apply for a bond which included the bank that we have been with for years, where we had a previous bond with and had never defaulted on. We encountered some horrific obstacles that he guided us through and I am happy to say that we today have our home.
