For me its been amazing because when I started, my bank declined my loan application and whats worse is that I was a staff member, at that particular bank; but I had it easy at SA Home Loans. Everything went smooth from the application process to handover. The staff were friendly and I was taken through every process to make sure I understand every option and choices thereof, up until I got the keys to the house. I am still getting some courtesy calls to ask how Im doing and if theres anything that SA Home Loan can do for me.
