My husband and I applied and our loan was approved. Unfortunately a week after our bond was registered he passed away and I had to apply again alone for a new bond. The consultant was very helpful as she explained everything to me and took me through the application process again and it was approved. As I'm writing this I'm smiling knowing my children have a place to call a home and we won't be moving around. My bond is in the process of being registered.
