It was my first experience in buying a house. I applied for a home loan through all the "major" banks and I got finance from one of them. Unfortunately the estate agent did not tell me that the house was a late estate. I only found out when the process dragged on more that 6 months, this was in 2011. The bank then withdrew the funding and I had to re-apply. A friend of mine told me about SA Home Loans and how quick they are. I got a response within a few days and was approved without hassles. This was a relief for me because I needed to have funding for the registration process to continue. The house was eventually registered in my name and I am a happy SA Home Loans customer.
