My husband and I were married for 3 years and living in a flat at my parent's house before we bought our first home so that we could have a little more space. We applied for a bond through several institutions and were declined by all except SAHL (who also offered us the best interest rate!), we had no problem registering the bond and the whole process went so smoothly, we were homeowners in a month! We now have a 1 month old daughter to occupy the second bedroom and bring some giggles and joy to our family home.
