My father passed away in 2007 and as he paid all cost regarding living and medical until I was up and searched for work. My fianc and I stayed in a small 2 bedroom townhouse and fell pregnant. Our little girl was born in 2008 and we got married in 2009 which we had to pay ourselves. I fell pregnant with our now 8 month old son and the townhouse was just not big enough. We decided that it was time to look for a house where it was big enough for our children to play and grow up in. We applied for a loan at all the banks even the bank where me and my fianc was banking for 10 years or more and was declined a loan. We thought that we would never be able to buy a house for our children. Then SA Home Loans approved our loan within about 3 days and since 2007 our luck was changing financially.
