I recently found myself in a situation where I had not budgeted for an expense of R5000.00. I emailed a consultant, and asked if my premium could be suspended for one month, and offered to pay it over two months. I really did not hold out any hope, because just over a year ago we were really battling to meet our payments. Much to my delight I received a return email to say that all was in order, and they would hold the debit order for one month, and I didn't have to pay it off over 2months. Now that is loyalty.
