In early 2010, my landlord gave me notice that I would need to vacate soon. I decided that this was time to buy and not rent - paying someone else's bond hurts. After finding a house at a price I could afford, I needed finance. All the banks either dragged their heels, offered ridiculous terms or refused point blank. All in the industry said it was a hangover from 2008/9 etc. So I went to SA Home Loans, and they gave me 95% home loan. Yet to miss a payment (as my credit record was perfect anyway), I'm very grateful to SA Home Loans for getting my property portfolio underway.
