After making an offer, my Estate Agent recommended a Bond Originator. I gave all the paperwork (November 2011), after 2 weeks I tried endlessly to follow up and ALL I got was "They working on it, please be patient". I tried the patience thing and after another week then tried with SAHL (a Monday) and then the next day I signed the authorisation to go value the house. I was shocked!!! The day after, the bond was granted by SAHL (The other 3 banks followed suit the week later). It took 4 working days to approve and the major 3 banks...almost 4 weeks!!! Rishen Sukraj was so prompt and world class, thanks Rishen for all your help and assistance.
