In 2004 I was going through a divorce and my ex wanted me to take him off as surety on home loan with FNB. FNB said they could not release surety, I explained that it was a condition for my divorce. They once again said they could not. A customer of mine came in following day to have her hair done, and as we women talk, i told her my story and it so happened that she worked for SA Home Loans. She got on to it right away and organized everything for me. A few months later I was hounded by FNB to change back over to them and I told them, NO, they had their chance and the service was disgusting. I have never had a problem with SA Home Loans and am going to stay. Even if I had a claim, they were wonderful.
