Quick story on how SA HL made my first home purchase experience a sheer pleasure. As mentioned it was my first home I was buying as I am only 25years old. I had just started with a new job and my fianc (now my wife) had her own little business. We submitted our applications to Nedbank, ABSA, Standard Bank and FNB (with whom I bank). From the first three, up until now I havent heard back from them and FNB just said that they arent helping me because I had just started a new job and because my wifes business wasnt established enough. As if two and a half years isnt enough??? I then heard about SAHL from a friend and he gave me Marieta Spies number from SAHL in Fourways. What a professional and sweet lady. She promptly sent me all the documents I needed to complete and sent me an email showing all the documents she required from us. Never once did I have to phone her to get an update. The updates was communicated to me on a daily basis. After all the documents were submitted, it was just a matter of days before the approval to be sent to me. My next home will most definitely be bought with SAHL and no one else!!!
