Oh wow! I still get excited just to think of this. We found our beautiful house on Property24 and the size of its yard caught our attention. Immediately I phoned the agent to make an appointment to view it, after viewing it we requested documents to buy it - not knowing who will finance us.

Our applications went from pillar to post with the banks until I asked the agent of who else do they work with in terms of financing, she mentioned SA Home Loans and asked if she submit our application through. We did not hesitate and within 2 days of that, I got call from Tumi. She informed us that she will be working with us throughout the process. I was amazed at how quick things worked out, without our application being tossed to and fro.  The things that the banks requested from us where not even mentioned at SA Home Loans, they requested all documents and provided and they worked on what we gave them. When Tumi phoned a week or two later to say that the bond was approved, it was when I realised my dream to provide both my kids with a home closer to a school was coming true, a dream to be closer to both our parents and families came true, a dream to enjoy a place that offered a yard with the potential for a garden and play area for kids came true. A place to call home became reality.
