Our previous bond supplier could not help us with funds to build a garage as the existing bond was only about 3 years old. My husband worked on cars for a living and needed to work under a carport during the winter, so wanting to have a garage was huge for us. I contacted S A Home Loans and asked them if we could switch our bond over to them and having extra money out to build this garage. What an amazing journey with them .
