Where to begin? SA Home Loans; what a great institution. I bought my house about 4 years ago through them and believe it or not, it is nearly finished paid off - within 4 years. I will be paying another lump sum in December and will have a balance of R 80 000 of original bond of R 840 000. I needed R 30 000 cash within 24 hours for a urgency - believe it without any questions or paperwork it was transferred via EFT into my bank account. The service is excellent, telephonically and personal. I must have referred 3 other people so SA Home Loans in this year.
