Our Journey with SAHL started 5years ago!! When we heard the exciting news of our second baby that's on the way......we realised that our house is getting a bit cramped, and we needed to do some alterations to the house!! We tried getting a 2nd bond on our house from the bank which we had our bond with at that stage......with no success!! We phoned SAHL, and within a month, everything was approved and the big alterations started! What a JOY it was to deal with absolute professional people that gave such prompt services! As the kids got older, we decided to buy a bigger house! We told the bond originator that we want to stay with SAHL, but he decided to start looking at all the banks....ignoring our request! After 3 weeks and no answers, we pick up the phone and phoned SAHL! Wow, wow, wow!!!!! Edwin was SUCH a star!! He sent through the forms straight away, and stayed in late that evening to get all the paperwork from the bond originator. Within 2weeks, we got the "go ahead" from SAHL. Joy and tears of absolute happiness......we were just sooooo overwhelmed by this absolute AWESOME and EPIC service!! We were treated like royalty.....from that first call we made, we never had to worry about anything.....Edwin was in control, and kept us up to date!! If we phoned he knew exactly what was going on and how far the process was!! Never ever will we use ANY OTHER home loan institute but SAHL!!!!!
