I was already having Pre-Quotations from three banks for amount of R 340 000, 00 and monthly payment of between R 3 345, 00 to R 3 478, 00 excluded insurance. Mr Elliot Yamaphi told me about SA Home Loans he told me to submitted setting documents and he will sent it to SA Home Loans. Within a week I contacted by SA Home Loans friendly Administrators for confirmation of my home loan application. After short time of period they sent me a Pre-Quotation to sign and was for loan bond of amount of R340 000, 00 and monthly payment of R3125 00, 00 per monthly. Was less compare to those three different banks? When I started to do research of SA Home Loans? My research was done through colleagues, Internet, friends, former school mates and SA Home Loans web site. I found out that one of colleague he bought a house through SA Home Loans. And the interest is low. On 24 April 2012 I signed setting documents from SA Home Loans and email it back to them within short time of period they return me with positive feedback. My home loan included two different insurance and I started to occupy my house on August 2012.So far Im happy with very thing and SA Home Loan they provided me with all copies of contracts including of insurance.
