My in laws found a house in Krugersdorp they really wanted to buy but tried desperately to sell their current house. We then offered to increase the bond on our property as to assist in buying the house in Krugersdorp. I had a bond with Nedbank they huffed and puffed to try and accommodate me in increasing my bond with them but to no avail and we almost lost the house in Krugersdorp because of this.
