Finally an institution who asks "how can we help you?", and actually helps you.
Eugene Govender
In December 2004, I got married. At the time we stayed with my parents in their 1 bedroom flat in the township of Phoenix, Durban. It was always our dream to have a beautiful spacious home, but we knew we could not afford it. In September 2009, our first child was born and we decided to rent an out-building. We tried on numerous occasions to get a bond and even my own bank, whom I'd banked with for almost 20 years could not assist me. In 2013, I moved into the town of Ladysmith and after much success in my work environment, I believed that surely I could afford to buy our own home. Unfortunately, I was forced to go on renting, as my application was declined again, even after going through a very well known bond broker. I finally decided to contact SA Home Loans. The consultant (Lynett Moodley) was extremely proactive and helpful. She seemed genuinely interested in helping us achieve our goal. She assisted me through the entire process and got me both an approval as well as a brilliant interest rate. My bond registration was completed in September this year, and finally, in our 15th year of marriage, our dreams came true. We own a spacious 3 bedroom sectional title property, with a large yard and garage, all thanks to SA Home Loans. Thanks, guys...finally an institution who asks "how can we help you?", and actually helps you.
