Firstly, thanks a million SA Home Loans for making our dreams come true, for realizing our dream of owning a home and providing a safe shelter for our children. We struggled from 2008 to get a bond approved from other financial institutions and we were renting since then. I never had the luxury of having my kids staying with me under one roof until December 2016 when I took a leap of faith, searched for a house together with my son. We found one on the internet and made an appointment with the agent to view the place. It was exactly what I had hoped for in a home, secured and in a safe complex. I applied for finance and said to myself, 'if I am not granted this bond I am giving up', then I prayed for a miracle. Other institutions responded positively and bang! A consultant from SA Home Loans took it a step further by reducing the deposit, interest and legal fees, which the others were not going to do. I accepted the bond and today I am a very happy owner of a house that my children call home. Thanks for the friendly service, for having consultants that understand where we come from and try their best to assist.
