Had a housebreaking at 1:15am on the 28th June 2013, all our road facing windows were shattered (4 x 1 meter) At approximately 2:45am my husband contacted the SA Home Loans 24hr insurance claims hotline, spoke to a very sympathetic consultant who pre-logged a claim and further advised us to render a police case NR, to finalise claim. At 6am we rendered the required info, at noon the very same day SA Home Loans insurance dept. had PG Glass replace all our windows. Now that's what I call service and to top it all off the consultant gave me a courtesy call that very afternoon to confirm if all work had been completed. A very big THANK YOU to the Claims Hotline Team for ensuring and restoring our safety after such a horrific ordeal. Keep up the GREAT work!!!! The Haffejee family
