Many years ago I received a telephone call from a young lady that worked for SA Home Loans. I was looking to switch banks because the interest rates were escalating. This young lady was pleasant and had such an infectious laugh and a bubbly personality that the experience of conversing with her on the telephone was an absolute pleasure.
