Believe it or not - back in 2003, we were first time home owners and our bank for some reason could not grant an additional loan amount to do some alterations on our home so we decided to search the market and found SA Home Loans. But first, another couple and ourselves decided that we would make a list of things we would like and we drafted a typed out agreement and used Matt 18:19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. Then SA Home Loans accepted us AND granted a cash out amount that covered almost ALL on our listing. Today, only one thing still remains unanswered but that is in the process of being resolved now. Never give up on your dreams. Have faith and all will come to pass.
