We were in the fortunate position that we bought our house a few years ago without the assistance of a bond. We had no idea as to what to do or how to go about applying for finance to do some building alterations to our property. On 11th August, I phoned SA Home Loans and the friendly lady answering the phone said she'll get someone to phone me right back. "Ja well" I thought...."maybe in your dreams!" Much to my surprise, Kenneth Hana phoned within ten minutes! Right from the word go we felt comfortable with him, as he made sure that we understand all the procedures and everything that happens with an application like this. He was extremely patient in explaining every small detail and for that we applaud him. Coming from a service background myself, I place a very high value on friendly, fast and efficient service, and this is exactly what weve received from him. What we appreciate tremendously, is the fact that he kept us informed throughout the process. What an amazing experience to deal with such a knowledgeable and professional person. Weve explained then urgency of the situation to him and wow, he even requested an amount to be paid up front. He truly is an asset to your organisation. Another friendly lady that we had dealings with is Yvette Mkhwanazi. She is so professional and courteous. Surely we gave her additional work by using our own insurance, but to her it was not a problem, as long as we were happy and could save some money.
