We moved from the Vaal to Pretoria and the price differences in properties were huge. We got a great deal on a house from a late estate. The other banks declined our application. I thought that this was not meant to be then. A few days after the bank declined the loan application I decided to contact SAHL and Yolanda Giani from the Pretoria branch was our consultant. She did everything possible to help us. She even visited me at my office to tell me the loan was approved. The loan was approved a day before the cut off date for me to get a loan.
