I reported a claim for a leaking geyser. They replaced the geyser after two weeks. They opened up the ceiling because the old geyser was to big to go through the trap door. This is now two weeks later and they haven't fixed the ceiling yet. From Monday I phoned SAH four times. They just have endless promisses and telling me they will find out what is wrong and come back to me. I haven't had a call from them yet. I need to phone SAH everytime to try and solve the problem on the ceiling.
