i applied online for a homeloan, received 2 replies and responded to Elton Naidoo. After a day, got feedback, responded and acted on suggestions made from Elton. And then the trail went cold... I called and left 2 messages and eventually sent an email. Got a reply saying I would qualify for less than I requested, but no offer / quotation. Called him again and requested a formal offer be postd to my email. 6hrs later still waiting. So much for the top service and being treated like important customers. Disappointing really!!!!
