I had a bond with another bank, I applied for an extra bond, to put a wall and palisade fencing around my property for safety. I was declined because they said that I was too old; yet I could apply for a personal loan at this same bank. So that is when I applied at SA Home Loans to take over my bond , and I was accepted and offered extra to do the renovations at my home, My age did not bother SA Home Loans.
