Well I had just gone through a divorce and was paying a substantial rental and then realised that it would be money well spent to buy my own place....and that was where the pain started. My bank, Standard Bank refused to assist as they maintained that I was over capitalized and after numerous meetings. I was sitting at a restaurant all dejected and while staring at the Monte skyline, I saw the SA Home Loans advert, contacted them and ooohh lala, I have a home. My bank thought I couldnt manage and you guys took a chance. If I could move my accounts from Standard Bank to you, I wouldve done it yesterday.
