I wanted to buy my mother and my close family a home earlier this year.  Affordability was a problem as I was declined by the banks. I had to sell my car (Polo TSI) that I bought in 2016 in order to increase my affordability.  And also had to close other accounts like my credit card.  After all the process, finally in June this year the house was registered in my name.
