Last year my Fianc Dean and I were wanting to purchase our own home together to start our life with our kids. We had both been through a lot of heartache and had found each other eventually. We found our dream home and put in applications everywhere at every bank. I however have my own business and was immediately turned down by all the banks. It seemed our dream would not come true until someone said contact SA Home Loans. I did that and within 2 working days had an approval and our home loan was approved and went through and our dream home was on its way!!! We were extremely excited! Our kids were over the moon. And my parents could also move in with us because we had a granny flat. So the entire happy family was being built with love and happiness. It all went so smoothly with no hassles, deposits paid and finances sorted and papers signed and before we knew it we could move in to our home. Unfortunately 2 weeks after moving into our home Dean was killed in a car accident on his birthday. But with all the heartache of losing my man the happiness of being in a home we chose together and the security of that was what kept me going. If it were not for SA Home Loans I would be in a very difficult situation right now! They were the only ones who were prepared to give me the chance of getting a home loan. And for that I can't thank you enough.
