I started applying for a home loan since 2011 to no avail till I tried SA Home Loans where I got the most satisfying service. The lady that was helping me with the application Xolani went to the extent of telling me to close certain accounts for me to qualify., but to my surprise most of the accounts she was talking about I had already closed. So she advised me to get letters of closure from the companies and send them to the credit bureau as complaints. I did that and my records were updated on the ITC and I qualified to get the loan. It was the most fulfilling thing in my life to be able to have my own house I can call a home. I still believe if it wasn't for the service I got at SA Home Loans, I still would have no home of my own because I wouldn't have known about my incorrect ITC records that every bank was saying I don't qualify due to affordability. I thank SA Home Loans for their good customer service and going the extra mile to satisfy their clients.
