In two months, my husband and I had been through 2 home loan applications at 2 DIFFERENT institutions. Different is many ways....allow me to explain. The first attempt was a complete fail as there was no PROPER communication and inaccurate information or lack of effective communication led us down a path of frustration to the point of me breaking down in tears and cancelling the application. We met with one of your consultants at the Home Expo late last year and walked away thinking: Ja, Ja, it sounds too good to be true...and months later I phoned the Montana branch (not really expecting much....it was the 20th of December). My call (and prayer) was answered by the ever-friendly Tumi Mashoko. She spoke to me like I mattered, and even the issues that complicated our application was acknowledged and taken into consideration. She gave us expert advise and the whole process was so simple and dare I say it - STRESS-FREE. Tumi's attitude was one that showed she loves her job and that all is well in the SA Home Loans family. I am proud to say I am now part of the community and once again Thanks TUMI!
