Being a first time home buyer, I was very nervous that I wont be able to get a home loan. I contacted a broker to help me source a home loan and specifically asked that she get quotes from SA Home Loans as I have heard great stories about the efficient and friendly service that SA Home Loans have given customers. Unfortunately the broker did not get a quote from SA Home Loans and I decided to do it myself after getting ridiculous quotes from the banks. One of the banks which quoted me was the bank that I have been banking with since I was a small child - it was shocking that they offered high interests rates to their loyal customer! My experience with SA Home Loans however was a great experience. The consultant who helped me was friendly and very helpful! I bought my house in December and the service I got from the estate agents was shocking! My estate agent went on holiday and therefore everything from their side just stood still, but not SA Home Loans...even in December the consultant went the extra mile to help me. I got my home loan approved at a very low interest rate promptly. It really was a great experience and I would recommend any home buyer to apply for a home loan from SA Home Loans - forget the banks!!
