I just wanted to fill you in on how delighted I was with the service I got from Niraj Jugath. From the very first day I chatted to him he was friendly and professional and extremely patient with all the questions I had! After having dealt with (and being let down by) one particular bank, dealing with SA Home Loans was an absolute pleasure. I was actually able to email and phone Niraj directly (surprisingly, not the case at other banks). His communication was amazing; I always knew what was going on during my bond application process, but more than that Niraj actually cared about whether my bond was approved or not. He said from the beginning that he thought my case had merit, but I know it was his additional motivation that helped the approval go through. I literally could not have done this without him. I have been telling all of my friends about how happy I am with SA Home Loans and specifically how easy Niraj made the whole daunting process.
