If I remember correctly, we had 4 days before our offer to purchase expired and we still didn't have a home loan. We dumped the bond originator and the banks as their offers were not affordable. This is our first house so we don't really know who can help us. Somewhere through transaction I heard about SA Home Loans and phoned them immediately. I completely made our problem theirs. I probably phoned the consultant 10 times a day because we had so little time left. The point is that he took our problem and gave us an affordable solution. We have been living in our house now for over a year and we are so grateful for what SA Home Loans offered us. This was a big step in our lives and if we couldn't make it I don't know where we would have been today. I am so happy!!!
