In 2009 I saw the new development of townhouse on my way to where I was renting, and I so much wanted to own one of them. I went in to make enquiry for developers, they took my details and the following day they called me. They made application on my behalf through all 4 major banks and none of them approved my application. Then the lady who was assisting me told me about SA Home Loans, and asked me if she should forward my application to them, I said yes because I was desperate to own my own house. The following day she called me saying SA Home Loans had approved my application, I couldnt believe it. I am glad she suggested SA Home Loans and that other banks declined me because the after sale service I am receiving there, is great!
