My story started the day my Dad passed away. It was his biggest wish for me to own my own home. He left a little inheritance money, after paying all the legal costs involved with his estate. I decided now was the time to do something for myself. With this, started the big house hunt for over two years. I looked at a few places but none felt like home. Then I found it! I walked into this space and it spoke to me, I was home. So I made my offer, applied for the bond, prayed, and hoped. Then I got the call, your loan has been approved. I burst out in tears, I was hopeful but never thought it would happen. Now I finally have a place I call HOME and I'm loving every moment.
