I was transferred to our East London office earlier this year. With the slow property market in Bloem, I realised that I was not in a position to outright buy the house in East London without bridging finance from the bank. After explaining to my PRIVATE banker I realised she had no authority and must request permission from HO to visit the toilet. Nevertheless, I submitted my application to the North and South office of the bank I am dealing with since 1981 and is pushing 6 figures through my account on an annual basis. Over a period of 2 months both these branches as well as 3 other banks declined my applications and in a state of desperation I phoned SA Home Loans. After my first appointment the same day, I was informed of all the requirements which I submitted via mail. The bottom line is that my bond was approved in 3 days from start to finish. I am now transferring our other 3 properties to SA Home Loans because of their excellent service. Thank you SA Home Loans!!!!
