I saw a house I loved and put an offer to purchase in order to secure the house but in my mind I was worried of the period it will take before I could get a response on whether or not I will be getting the finance for my dream home. I waited and waited for banks to respond and days went by and still no answer. I then called my estate agent to request that my application also be sent to SA Home Loans and she did that. The following day I received the Approval in Principle and had to accept or decline the offer which I accepted and 5 days later my contract was ready to be signed.
