My wife and I had our first loan from SA Home Loans for our small townhouse way back in 2008. There service then was excellent. We bought our new home financed by other banks, and we renovated the house five years later. The bank that financed us and banking with always treated us like new customers even though we have been banking with them for more than 13yrs. My wife recommended I give SA Home Loans a call and we were once more surprised by their service and interest in assisting us. The sales person Mr Jugath has been fantastic; we often ask ourselves why we wasted some time with x bank.
