I have been with SA Home Loans since 2008. My house burned down on the 17th December 2017. I lost my husband in the fire and almost my four-legged baby as well.
I had to be relocated for 5 months and SA Home Loans paid my rent at a cottage. I rented while SA Home Loans fixed my house. They also paid for a house sitter from February 2018 - May 2018 to be on the premises while the contractor fixed my house. They also covered the cost to reconnect my electricity and paid the Fire Department's bill I got. SA Home Loans gave me the best contractor to rebuild my house. I moved back into a brand new house at the end of May 2018. I had to reapply for a bond with them and Shaun Pillay was my consultant at SA Home Loans. Wonderful support from Shaun. He was always available and had so much patience.
