No amount of words could express my humbleness and gratitude to SA Home Loans. My husband and I got married on the 3rd December 2010. Like all couples we set goals for our marriage, one of those being to buy a home of our own. We started enquiring about home loans from various banks in 2013 but we always got the same answer... that it would be declined as he is a Swazi foreigner. We eventually gave up and continued renting. One day while visiting Capitec I saw that they offered home loans via SA Home Loans. I asked the teller about it. He provided me with information; however he was not sure as my husband was not South African. Nevertheless he promised to arrange for someone form SA Home Loans to call me directly. Within a few days I received a call and was told the consultant will gather information and get back to me, which she did. I was sceptical but I received an email requesting the documentation to start the application. A few days we got our answer! We were approved!!! Reality hasnt set in yet but Im sure it will because on the 5th December we will be moving in to our new apartment. What a wonderful 5 year anniversary gift from SA Home Loans! Thank You.
