My story was sad at first when I was declined in 2009. I went through a bad financial period in my life when I was unemployed and all my accounts went into the ITC. In 2009 I started to find my feet again and felt fairly steady so I approached a financial company to consolidate all my accounts by using my house as collateral it all went fine until we started applying for a new housing bond. A friend of mine was assisting with the application with SA Home Loans but it was declined. I was terrified because I knew SA Home Loans was the best .At least 6 months later my name was cleared from ITC in the mean time we tried finding another bank for the home loan and was successful with the loan even though I was not happy with this situation; I had no alternative. But on the day my new bond was approved, I received a call from my friend from SA Home Loans to tell me that my loan was approved with them I was so excited and actually had SA Home Loans transfer me from the bank I was with. It cost me more money but I knew it will be beneficial years later. I know what I did then was wonderful. Today SA Home Loans is truly the best. Thanks for everything you have done and are still doing for me.
