I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Johan van Rhyn for the excellent and unbelievable quick service he gave my wife and I in assisting us with our application for a bond with SA Home Loans! What I would think is normally a very stressful and long application process and being a first time buyer, was an absolute breeze, especially if you are fortunate enough to deal with a bond originator like Mr. Van Rhyn who puts you at ease through every step of the way and explains everything to you in such a way that you never feel left in the dark! Mr. Van Rhyns absolute commitment to his work is something we all can implement in our own work and I am positive that we will be even more successful! He gave us regular feedback on what our application status is through the entire process, from being AIP to being issued our final grant! We submitted our application on Thursday 15/09/2011 where he only received my last documents the afternoon; I was pleasantly surprised with a phone call from Mr. Van Rhyn the Friday morning @ 06:50 letting me know that we have been approved in principle! This obviously made our day! We received our letter of grant the next Tuesday 21/09/2011, much quicker than we would have expected, but to no surprise because Mr. Van Rhyn has been over delivering through the entire time! This was such a great experience that we decided not to even apply with any other bank but SA Home Loans.
