Dear SA Home Loans, my story goes like this. My wife and I wanted to do some renovations to our home and applied at our current bank for a second mortgage on our home, which obviously did not go as planned. The service we got from them was really pathetic. We got turned down because they couldnt confirm my wife's employment. After plenty of calls to the bank they refused to help us, after 6 years of being a loyal customer. So I decided to contact SA Home Loans, which for me was a shocker or eye opener to think such service actually exists. Everything went so smooth from the word go. I have to mention this incredible lady, Diane Govender that assisted me in every step. Every time I had a query she replied within a few hours, guiding me through every step and I did have a lot of queries. Within 2 days the appraiser came to my house and after that, things just started happening for us. We received the Quick Cash to get the renovations started, yet another great benefit from the leading home loan company. I would just like to thank everyone at SA Home Loans that I dealt with, thank you for your excellent service. You can definitely teach other institutions the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
