I would like to thank the brilliant staff at PE branch especially Craig Gilchrist, I put in an offer on a property when I resided in the UK, the banks in SA were all taking too long to get back with the bond approvals. I literally had 4 days left to get an approved loan or else the developers would have given the next available applicant the stand. The property that we were to buy off plan - within 3 days Craig got everything approved and we were able to secure our property for our move back to SA. Thank you- because without your assistance I do not know where my family would have had to stay upon moving back - you have always been most helpful and no effort was too much for any of the staff!!!
