On the purchase of my latest house, I went to the Bank where I had the bond for my previous house. Lots of stories like, "Open a cheque account with us and we will transfer your existing bond". Needless to say upon doing what was requested, still no joy and almost 4 weeks wasted. Went to another Bank that I have been with for 20 odd years and again lots of stories - took 3 weeks for nothing! Then the estate agent suggested SAHL and what a blast! The service was so professional yet very friendly. Everything was explained in full detail, interest rate was negotiated, feedback provided continuously and within 3 DAYS, all was sorted out and approved. What a difference and it was an awesome experience. I can only compliment SAHL on what they did.
