My parents lost their house and in order to get a government subsidised house my father had to sign off his inheritance from his father. Which was 1/7th of my late grandfathers house? They received a house in Delft, but the area was not very safe for an elderly couple, and upon the death of my father I took my mother, sister and her little son into my care. However, having a 2 bedroom house was not going to do. SA Home Loans assisted me to consolidate some of my debts and purchase a suitable house in a safer neighbourhood. Now my sister and mother who suffers from Alzheimers are safe and we are living together as a family once again.
